The screw mechanism for this device is brass, and tightenable. So I forgive the rest of it for being plastic.The 90 degree angle is accurate - I haven't checked all of them.The numbers are printed on, not incised in, and they are dark grey on light grey, which isn't ideal.I wish the black velvet bag were a clear plastic box.Usable, and ok for the price.

I've got a digital protractor, but this appealed to me for it's simplicity. I checked it against a known square piece and it read exactly at 90 degrees and on an unknown angle this and the digital protractor agreed.
