So, this pan fit just fine, but had an additional bolt-hole. This was fine, though, as long as you properly seal it with some RTV. The gasket is made of cork and doesn't line up at all. I just threw it out and used some Permatex gray Right Stuff and that worked better than the gasket anyways.

Did not use this product as it was not needed. Oil leak coming from somewhere else. Returned the item without any problem.
