Bought this understanding it would fit a 427ci Tall Deck truck motor. It does not. Could not use it. Package was destroyed, so couldn't return it.

Under a car for hours...lifting the engine slightly to get the oil pan of a 454 53 chevy with a first gen camaro frame is not fun. However the four gasket retainers make this job easier. Holds the pan up too. A little silicone in the spots they tell you in the instructions and Bob's your uncle.Great product.

I replaced my multi piece gaskets with the single on my big block corvette. The screw in gasket holders that came with the set was an ingenious. Made life allot easier.
