Lampshades Set of 2, March 2025This lampshade took a couple of minutes to put together and then another couple of minutes to remove the old shade and install this one. My lamp looks great and it's a big improvement over my last lampshade that was held together with masking tape.It comes with a choice of attachment types but the harp worked perfectly for me.One thing to note... The seam is rather prominent when the light is on. For me, I just put that towards the wall. I'm not sure how other shades would appear but this might be something to consider if it's going to be seen from all 360 degrees around it.I did have two minor annoyances with it. Rather than the small and plain finials shown in the product listing, it came with two larger and more decorative finials. They don't really go with the style of my lamp so I'll either get some smaller and plainer ones, or I'll forget about them because whoever really looks?This may be a little bit of OCD speaking, but given the drum shape of the lamp, I expected the weave of the fabric to line up perfectly vertical and horizontal. Instead it's at about a 10 degree bias that just makes me look at it twice when looking at the lamp. Hopefully, I'll stop noticing that when I'm using it for light rather than concentrating on it for a review.I would recommend these to anyone wanting new shades without spending too much.

I was nervous when I opened the box and saw I had to assemble these lampshades, but to my surprise, they were incredibly easy to put together. I wasn’t sure which way to install the top ring, so I chose to have the wires pointing downward, which seems to be the correct way. However, the finial that screws on top sits too low, so you can't see it. If I turn it around, it will sit too high. Despite that, I really like how the shade looks on my lamp. It updates the look of my 15-year-old lamp and adds a fresh touch. I recommend these and would definitely buy again.

This upgraded an otherwise very dull room for me. The old lampshades had seen better days. The linen color added a touch of class to the light texture, and I was delightfully surprised at the light color that emanated from it. They were very easy to put together as well, with all the parts needed to ensure that the shade would be able to be attached. I feel like this new ones will last for years. Thank you so much.

The shades are only 9.5” tall unlike the description height 10.24”. The edge trimming was not glued properly.

Great Lamp Shades! I like the neutral color and the beautiful texture of the fabric. Easily assembled, one side attaches to the other with Velcro, then you slide the upper and lower ring into the little hooks along the rim. Easy and they store flat if you don't need them or your're moving! They are kind of a small size; good for next to our bed and as an accent in our living room! The set includes a harp + but it fit my existing lamps without them - but I do love the small gold pinecone finials that were also included.

Decent quality. They come disassembled, so you have to take the lower and upper loops and attach the shade to them with little hooks on the shade. It was actually easier than I thought. I figured it would be falling apart and a real aggravation, but it took me about a minute. You have to pull the section between each loop tight as you go, for the perfect fit by the end. At the end, to keep the entire shade together, there is Velcro. The product also comes with the mounting bracket and decorative screw tops to attach the shade to the bracket. The linen pattern fabric is no better or worse than any other lamp shade you'll find in a store, and has a waxy finish on the inside. The shade looks the tiniest bit uneven, since it's self-assembly, but that is my picky eye and not something most people would notice. It was hard to find shades that mount the traditional way through Amazon Vine. Most/all of the shades were that style I'm unfamiliar with, where they mount to base of where the bulb screws in. None of my lamps, at home or at work, use this style. I brought mine to work and have a leftover as back-up. I would prefer a nicer lamp shade at home, but this is fine for a "beater" shade.

Just received these today and already have one put together and up on my floor lamp! They were not difficult to assemble at all! When I saw the size of the box, I was concerned they would be floppy and cheap. On the contrary, they have the same qualities of the ones pre-assembled. They have a nice, plasic sheeting on the inside and the linen on the outside. I didn't read too closely in the description, so I was a bit surprised to see that they came with the harps and finials as well! I was able to reuse my harp and finials but I have run into the need for those pieces before and had to run the big box store just to get them! This all feels and looks like a quality product. The light is soft that comes through the shade. Very happy with the product as well as the price. I would readily buy more from this company.
