Wish I had gotten this a long while ago. It's a perfect little size, looks good in any room.Top 5 PROs on my list:1. Constant live digital read-out so I don't have to guess and more precise than an annoying "blip" with flashing red light that really doesn't tell me anything I need to know.2. The little flashing green light lets me know it's working but it's hardly noticeable, unlike the obvious red light on my old monitor.3. It can be wall-mounted but stands on its own so it can be moved to ANY room in the house, put on a shelf; no need to drill holes into the walls!4. Comes with batteries already installed AND no more "9-volt" batteries needed!5. Starting it took seconds from removal of yellow "battery strip" tot up-and-running.I also appreciate the "range list" included that tells me what the numbers indicate, from "warning" to "get out". And that the "alarm beep" is loud and clear enough to be heard but that it doesn't sound-off because I made toast for breakfast.HIGHLY recommend this little gem. Wish I'd gotten one a LONG time ago.

I put one in my hallway by the thermostat and put the other one in the garage near the water heater. Haven't had a problem with them, very easy to install, just read the instructions. Not big or bulky.

I'm using kerosene heater at home and need a CO alarm and bought this.Well, It seems to work well but sensor is insensitive.Mostly it shows 0 ppm even I was using gas stove in the kitchen without using ventilation.I put it into a pot with burned paper for the test it showed 999 ppm then beeped the alarm.It is difficult to catch the middle range of ppm.So, I have no idea this is normal or defective.
