1. Power On: Connect to power and wait 1 min for stabilisation. Ensure readings are steady
2. Test Detection: Use a cigarette to produce CO in a ventilated area. Hold it 2 inches from the sensor and check if readings rise
3. Reset & Safety: Remove the source and ensure readings return to normal
Natural Gas Detector Test
1、Power On – Connect and wait 60 sec.
2、Sensitivity Test – Release gas for 10 sec (unlit lighter) 2” from intake; alarm sounds & red light flashes.
3、Reset Check – Alarm stops & readings return to baseline within 60 sec after gas is removed.

This gives me such piece of mind. So easy to use. It even tells you the levels of how bad the carbon monoxide is. Seems very accurate. Sound is loud and the lights go off even when its still functioning.

Perfect product for a household with no carbon monoxide detector. Has temperature and humidity, which is nice to see, and you can move it around the house to test different temps, humidity levels. Easy to use, just plug in and hit a few buttons to get to preferred setting. Hold the units button to change temperature at Fahrenheit. Light button dims or completely turns off display, I like having the option to keep it completely off. Feel much safer having this in the house.

Super easy to use as it just plugs in to a socket. I think it is really cool that it detects natural gas too. Perfect for a laundry room, near the furnace, or anywhere you have gas appliances.
