Your cart is empty.The Universal Lens Gear from Wide Open Camera is an 11.25" long lens gear with standard a 0.8 pitch / 32 mod gearing that makes it compatible with most geared follow focus systems. With nine holes for nine length settings, it's also compatible with most lenses. The lens gear uses zip tie fasteners to attach to your lens - simply cut it to fit. The gear's 0.5" width works with longer-throw lenses, including macros.

They work great. I have them on all my Canon EF mount lenses. They hold tight and last forever. You can customize them for every lens size you have. But, once you cut them to size, you can't go back. $21 apiece is effing insane. Glad I bought mine a handful of years ago.

Good gears. The spacing and tooth height is precise. This is a good solution for manual follow focus but not for a motorized system unless your lens has hard stops.

Not worth the $35. Had it on my sigma 18-35 lens, and on set yesterday, this follow focus gear constantly wiggled around, even though the little zip ties were as tight as we could get them, even used pliers.

Solid piece of gear. Zip it once and left it on lens. I think it's a little expensive, but it definitely works.
