It is good , but the vhf part its too short to get those channels on low vhf.

This product has no wire connection, to the antenna coaxial only to a piece of plastic. Without a booster. It says it has a 70 mile range. I'm 50 miles from the farthest broadcast tower. And 30 from the nearest. I only get 3 stations. Rabbit ears work better. A piece of junk. False advertisement.

I mounted this antenna in my attic to split off to all the rooms of my house. Even with solar panels and reflective insulation lining, it still picks up 75+ channels. Don't over spend on expensive antennas. Keep it simple. This antenna also pics up atsc 3.0 feeds (if your tv/tuner supports them)

Went from 55 channels inside on an amplified thin antenna to 131 after installing this. SF Bay area. Get all the locals + some from Stockton and one from Sacramento (almost -95 miles away). This along with a Tablo 4 ch OTA DVR + free streaming and se la vie to the ~300$ a month "cable co." bill. (albeit we do utilize ATT Fiber for 50$ a month, but that is for the Internet 1 Gbps pipe) A little bit of installing knowledge and a little patience is all that is needed.

I had a small, indoor on the shelf antenna that worked okay most days but didn't have good reception on two channels and no reception for another two. I live in a rural area so I figured a larger antenna was needed. As soon as I installed this, I don't even need to amplify the signal and get all 7 channels with above normal reception. Well worth the small amount. The most frustrating thing to do was to assemble the antenna from the box, but it wasn't too bad if you follow the instructions and reference the pictures for an overview.

This is not an expensive HDTV antenna but for VHF and UHF reception closer than approximately 50 miles of a broadcast tower it does the job perfectly. It is directional so, when possible, it should be aimed in the direction of the signals you wish to receive.Update - 6 months later and the antenna continues to provide very impressive reception. I find this is a great antenna for those who live in or near a city and the objective is to receive the free over the air local stations.

So I'll actually give this 4.5 StarsGreat size for an attic antenna. Seems sturdy, probably do well outside also.People on here complain about assembly, it's pretty easy if you are handy. Took me less than 10 minutes. Yea the instructions suck, but it's made in China.It's not that hard folks. Maybe 4 screws and 20 end caps... everything included, even the wood lag bolts 10mm head BTW.I received 200+ channels in SoCal about 35 miles from Mount Wilson.Here's the issues.I mounted it in a Garage Attic so probably not the best reception, UHF channels came in good, Channels 2,4,5,7,9 came in OK but the VHF element is a bit short. So I took an old set of rabbit ears and added about 12 inches to each side of the dipole and the channels came in fine. (With tie wraps and a couple small hose clamps.)Outside with Clear view of the transmitters, probably not necessary.For $25 bucks this things a deal

The antenna did not pick up all the free to air channels, missing channel 7, 7 plus, 7 mate, 7 bravo, and all the SBS channels. I retuned the TV many times, adjusted the position of the antenna, still not picking up those channels.

Purchases antenna because I do not pay per cable television. And I want to watch Monday night football, not me. The channel. I needed mounted easily hooked up to my television. Easily great antenna distance seems to be well functions as advertised. Seems to be built. Pretty well. I get like 60 channels. Ten out of ten
