I bought this antenna to replace a cheap powered RCA antenna. I read the reviews from Consumer Reports and decided to give it a try. This one pulls in many more stations, and the signals are stronger. The app helped with knowing where to aim it. It is versatile regarding mounting options. I highly recommend it. It is pricey, but I think it is worth the price. The picture is stunningly clear, and I think it looks better than my cable channels.

I'm not a big TV watcher. Over-the-air is fine. My main interest are local news and PBS. So, with that said, it's no surprise I don't have cable. I live about 70 miles from San Francisco. When digital occurred, my reception of channels demished to just a few. It tried all different antennas but with limited success. Then I found Clearstream. (70+miles) I receive an incredible number of channels. It sits on a 12 foot mast. In the old days, my aluminum antenna sat on it. Fear always went through me on windy nights, although it never came down. This antenna is small, slim and lightweight. Very simple to install. I hope, should you purchase this, you have the same or better success as me!

I wanted a better antenna for my narrowboat without having a very bulky item. This works very well in areas I couldn't previously get a signal. It's also a more robust design than many antennas too. It wasn't particularly cheap but wasn't too expensive either. A good upgrade.

This has been delivered and works very well outside. It is a little fragile, needs to be mounted where it does get some protection from the wind. Will not work with my 4K Vizio screen without a tv tuner. Would have appreciated a listing of tv tuners that could have been ordered. I connected it to my 1080 Vizio screen instead and works great. I tie-wrapped the antenna section that snap together as a good rap pops them apart.

Fantastic product. Picture is clear and better than we got with YouTube TV which is increasing their prices. Don't pay for tv anymore. This is definitely the way to go. Husband installed in our attic and we get all our local channels and then some. Highly recommend

After the price of Sky constantly increasing I decided to take down my satellite dish and replace it with this antenna. The picture on my TV is incredible and I've even managed to receive some French TV channels. Good signal. I didn't even need a booster. The only thing you need to be aware of is that the antenna comes without cable. The installation was easy. I didn't need to use any of the brackets that come with the antenna as I simply clamped it to the bracket my dish was connected to. I used a simple app using my phone entering my post code to find the direction of the nearest TV mast with the strongest signal and used the compass in the app to point the antenna in the right direction. All very simple and straight forward. I'm very pleased with picture quality and how much I am now saving having no subscription to pay out for.

In our densely tree populated RV campground it brought in three more channels compared to the one and sometimes two we previously received. Windy conditions sometimes interfere with the signal. It’s nice to have a better selection of channels for viewing.

I’ve been a cord cutter for nearly ten years. Five years ago I moved into a house with very challenging reception. To my wife’s dismay, I had been playing the “adjust the antenna” game to get our channels on a regular basis with other products. I had tried a highly-rated flat antenna, then a no-name long range antenna for the last couple years. After getting this antenna (making sure it was in the uppermost room and pointed in the *exact* right direction), reception dramatically improved and I got stations that I had not received from any antenna before. This antenna also comes with an indoor base that makes it easy to put up on a table or behind a TV. It’s also not too big and looks decent as far as antennas go.All in all, I’d highly recommend this antenna, or any other from the company. I thought an antenna was an antenna, but I was wrong. Buying a quality product counts!

I've bought a lot of different indoor antennas throughout the years. Now that cable/satellite tv is pretty much dead, getting network tv over the air is very much a thing again. The Bad: It's *very* cheaply made, thin plastic, crappy connectors, horrible instructions, very much a "China Special". It's also kind of an eye sore, even for me who is not that picky about such things. It's alsothe only indoor antenna that I've had (and I've had probably a dozen) to *not* include a coax cable *slaps head* aye aye aye. So don't forget to buy a nice long coax cable if you buy this! The Good: Despite all the drawbacks (and there are a lot of drawbacks!), without even really having to move it around and try to optimize, I plopped it down on the top of a tall bookshelf, scanned, and get all the network channels crystal clear! (plus the usual riff raff of tons of other secondary channels, most of which I'll never watch). That was certainly not the case of the last few antennas I tried, and those were powered and this is not! Go figure! So I'm happy with it.

I recently tried out the 2MAX Indoor Outdoor TV Antenna in an attempt to cut the cord and embrace a more cost-effective TV viewing experience. While the antenna does deliver on some fronts, my experience has been a mix of satisfaction and frustration.Firstly, the 2MAX antenna boasts solid performance when it comes to capturing a variety of channels. The build quality is commendable, and its adaptability for both indoor and outdoor use makes it a versatile choice. However, it's important to note that the antenna struggles with certain channels for me, particularly ABC. Despite its claims of providing access to a broad spectrum of channels, ABC consistently eluded the antenna's capabilities.Additionally, tuning into CBS with the 2MAX antenna proved to be a bit of a challenge. While it does capture CBS channels, I found that the antenna needs to be positioned just right to maintain a stable signal. This aspect becomes particularly sensitive in a condominium setting, where factors like interference from neighboring structures and the overall elevation of the unit can impact reception.Living on the second floor of a condominium seems to have influenced the antenna's performance. While it managed to pull in signals for most channels, the challenges with ABC and CBS became more pronounced. It's worth considering the potential impact of your specific living situation on the antenna's effectiveness. The 2MAX Indoor Outdoor TV Antenna is a decent option for those looking to cut the cord, especially in an indoor setting like a condominium. It performs well with most channels, but the issues with ABC and CBS, along with the need for precise positioning, might be significant drawbacks depending on your viewing preferences and living situation. Consider these factors carefully before making a decision, and be prepared for a potential compromise in channel accessibility, especially if you're in a multi-unit dwelling.

I bought this to replace my ClearStream 2V that looks like half of this but I hoped the additional gain would help stabilize a couple one-bar UHF channels. While it's built better than the 2V, I didn't notice any appreciable difference in signal quality. Also the UHF has a high gain, while the VHF has low gain. It seems bizarre to have a UHF antenna designed for 70+ miles with a VHF antenna rated at 30 miles. I'm 65 miles from two different transmitters.
