Majestic Yin Zhen white tea leaves lend their crystalline flavour to this celestial blend. Cultivated on the island of the Indian Ocean archipelago, ylang ylang flowers impart their exquisite and fragrant oil to this fruity blend. A union of two of the most noble ingredients known to man, this white tea is a drop of heaven in a teacup.
Pour 95°C water over one teabag and infuse for 4-5 minutes for one cup, or 5-7 minutes for a small teapot. Remove teabag and serve.

I've not had previous experience with TWG brand, never head of them before stumbling on the yellow boxes on Amazon. But at least this white tea is really nice, the ylang-ylang remains light and floral, without becoming cloying or earthy, the white tea seems decent as well. I'd only critique the brewing instructions: TWG suggests brewing temperature of 95°C. I find it too high for white tea as it extracts an abundance of tannins, making the tea very astringent and bitter. I tried it once, and it was near-undrinkable. Instead, I go with the more conservative 80°C for white tea, and the results are consistently marvellous. I've even wowed non-tea-drinkers with this particular tea, and that alone is worth a repurchase.
