Brewing Tips
Use GaiWan Brewing as KongFu Tea:
- Suggest 5g tea with 100-110ml water a times(About 1:20);
- Use 90℃/194℉ water to brew;
- Soak about 8s-15s a times;

Fantastic aged white tea! I suggest dumping the first wash as it can have a bit of a musty taste at first. But after the frost wash the tea is bright and warm. The leaves are very much intact as well so I often do not need to use it with a tea bag.

Gong fu brewed 6 grams at 190 degrees, after the second or third steep it lost its flavor, so not the highest quality tea, but its cheap, so does the trick!

I had never tried this type of tea before and I wanted to try it. I was afraid it would be sour tasting, but it’s really not. I had a little bit of it, but overall very good. It’s not bitter or a bitter taste which I was afraid it would, actually definitely recommend it and I’ll buy it

This excellent Wu-ShouMei White tea came in an airtight envelope. When I opened the envelope, it smelled terrific. It is a mild tea which I love. Thank you !

I've been wanting to try a traditional Chinese tea cake for ages now, but most of them are far out of my price range. This Cha Wu-ShouMei tea cake is a great introduction! It's a high-quality white tea at a very good price point. I brewed the tea in my metal tea infuser and the taste was great, though I'm sure it would be nicer with a proper gongfu set. Highly recommend!

The tea cake is made of dried pressed tea leaves. It is fairly small. Interesting that it can be stored for 20 years, according to the information on the package. I steeped a pinch of the tea in hot water as I usually do with my teas. The prepared tea did not have any specific aroma and had a mild taste. The taste was alright, but the tea has not won a place on my tea shelf.

Got this from my parents as a Christmas gift, it is my very first real Chinese tea, it smells fantastic and gives off a very distinct delicious taste. The quality is very good and the color is exactly what you should be looking for in a good tea, in terms of value for money this was fantastic, very cheap for over 100 good steeps, would definitely recommend.
