Ladder Mitts fit securely on all standard consumer and commercial grade ladders made of wood, aluminum, or fiberglass. The patented design and urethane material grip the rails firmly, so Ladder Mitts can either be installed permanently, or moved easily from ladder to ladder. Simply slide them on over the ends of the rails. There are no drill holds, special attachments, or modifications necessary to the ladder. With proper care, Ladder Mitts can even be installed over broken plastic endcaps and jagged edges.

My first pair of these lasted 20 years. They finally disintegrated. The new set came fast and was half the price they are anywhere locally

I am a pro painter 25 years These are the best. Softer than the blue things you get at Home Depot. Less likely to mar a newly painted surface... Always have to wait til the paint is good and dry but these are more forgiving when time is of the essence and you have to get a ladder up there sooner than you would like. Great mitts

I am a professional contractor and I purchased 2 pairs of these mitts to replace some that are over 20 years old. These mitts are great and I'm really glad that the only thing they changed is the color.

The new ladder mitts are nothing like the old ones. As you can see in the photo they are not firm. They act like a sponge when it rains and fill with water. I used them on a small ladder for a couple months and because the foam isn’t firm they cracked. I only use them when I go inside a house so they aren’t used much. I ordered these a year ago and they were the same. I sent pictures and a description of the failure when I returned them. I hoped after a year they would have fixed the problems. Nope! Terrible product. I won’t give them a third chance.

This is Katherine's Husband:I was a little apprehensive In buying these mitts for my ladder due to the size of my ladder rail. They fit perfect thickness wise however, they were a little big in the width which is 2.5" (ladder width). These mitts are really made for the industrial size ladders that are 3" wide rails. So, I cut out a 5/8 x 7/8 x 3" piece of PVC out of a scrap left over from a window sill project. Rounded off the corners so they didn't poke through or tear the mitt and it fits perfectly. See attached pic. They fit so snug now and I won't have to worry about them sliding off as I move the ladder around. This is a classIII household 20' extension ladder with a rail size of 2.5" x 7/8". I would highly recommend these mitts for the 3" wide ladder rails otherwise, you should shim them to sure them up to be snug for anything smaller. I love these Mitts and can't wait put them to real use. The material is soft but firm to achieve "stay in place" while pressing weight against what ever you are leaning the ladder against and has that extra little tail on the inner part of the mitt to better rest over a targeted area. Great product!Dan
