Works well, makes the ladder a bit top heavy but it is very durable. Bolts are a bit short though. Had to replace them with ones 1/4" longer

---- Updated review ----The seller is great in making sure they solved a customer's problem. I gave a 1-star in my previous review due to short bolts and misaligned holes. I made a mistake in the assembly order that caused problems for the holes on the curved brackets to be aligned. I apologized the seller and gave another try on this product according to the instructions. They said they updated this product with longer bolts since October 2023. The assembly process went smoothly this time. These hooks are very well made and the dimensions are mostly well thought out. The materials used seem to be high quality. I could use them for two configurations that allowed me to use my ladder in multiple ways. This is the only ladder hooks product i know of to be able to use the hooks in vertically or horizontally oriented positions when the ladder is upright, due to the angle adjustable rests. I showed one pic against a house corner. The other positions are shown in the seller's site. One small change I will suggest in the assembly is to flip the bolts and butterfly nuts orientation (compared to the instructions) if you want to use your ladder on a roof ridge which will prevent scratching the roof surface, or on a roof edge with gutters installed. This is not a problem if you use the ladder against a wall. I showed two pics with butterfly nuts on different sides. The ladder hooks portions that secure to ladder rungs can be slightly wider to accommodate rectangular tubes for better holding. I like this product a lot after using it for different purposes. The seller is awesome in making customers satisfied. I recommend this product and the company.---- Original review -----This can be a good product. It's good that the assembly can be changed for different stabilizer configurations. Each piece seemed to be built well with strong materials. First problem is that the holes did not line up to finish the assembly. Second problem is that the bolts are too short to be used with the recommended rubber washers. I tried to exchange and hope to get well-aligned parts. No luck. Similar problem but different place of misalignments. Returned them since I didn't want to drill on metal parts that have no room left to change the hole positions.

Had to leave rubber washers out on one side so it would fit. Instructions were bad.

I was building a shed in my backyard and made a decent pitch on the roof. I was trying to figure out the best way to reach the peak and when I found this product I was interested. I was a little skeptical at first but once I got it and installed it I was blown away. The back side of the shed is up against the fence so the only way to get to the top was using this attachment. I love how versatile it is, I was able to use it from the ground using the attachments to rest on the roof and reached almost to the peak at the front. When I get on the ladder it does give a little as it settles into the roof but I learned to appreciate that as the tool's way of telling me "I got you." As others have said the instructions were a bit iffy, for example they reference 2 lock washers when really what they include is 1 lock washer and 1 lock nut. As others have said too the bolts are kinda short and I don't expect the rubber to last. I may get some silicone washers for that part. I was concerned at first that it might crush the peak but no, it rides nicely over it. The bolts did rest on the shingles and left a divet so I taped on a couple scrap shingles to cushion it and it worked just fine. A few other notes: the instructions say that the orange strap is "optional" but I don't agree. While I find it unlikely that the equipment will fail I am in favor of the extra redundancy of the orange straps. Do yourself a favor and purchase the item that includes two. I found it interesting that they actually sell an individual one and the video on the product page says "use one or both" but the instructions say "never use just one." Anyway, get the dual one, I would not feel stable with just one. With two I was snug and safe. I highly recommend this product if you ever need to get up and do roof work, whether it is from the ground and you want to save your gutters or shingle edges or directly on the roof. This made an otherwise difficult task rather easy.

The bolts that came with it were short and difficult to to put on using 2 open end wrench that came with it. The black rubber washer was also too small and it got pinched inside the slide when you you tighten up the pieces' together. Every time you use it, you have loosen the bolts with the 2 wrenched to clamp on to the Telescopic Ladder. I went to home depot and purchase longer bolts with hex nuts to easily adjust the bars by hand instead of using wrenches. Attach is a folder of the screws that I replace them with. Now it works great. I can adjust it easily
