I ordered a size small, I've done waist training previously. I'm 5ft5, 170 lbs. It was a bit hard to put on when I first got it. (Because it was new) I had a very hard time with the zipper, it hurt my finger when I tried to zip up. But now after the first use, I can zip it up easy no problem. After wearing it one day, I was able to use the next set of hooks. Then the third I was able to use the last set of hooks. It really is comfortable. It does ride up whenever I sit down. It does fit very well. I used the size chart and also put in the recommendations from the reviews and sized down. So far, it looks to be durable. I have used it a couple times while working out just to see how it feels. I personally don't recommend it but I was able to do it. I also like the color.

Ordered a size small, fits perfectly. I love the fact that it has two enclosures. The zipper makes all the difference if you’re wearing it under clothing. It’s very comfortable but also snatches your waist. Have purchased 3 other waist trainers and this is definitely my favourite one I’ve ever bought.

Package came quick! I would recommend you go two sizes up. im a large and I got a 2x and I barely made it to that. It runs small. Once you get it on it is super comfy

I have tried other waist trainers and corsets, this one fits my body and is super easy to wear and comfortable. It is firm with some give so I can do day to day tasks without feeling overwhelmed or restricted. Helps my lower back pain a lot and my posture immediately was corrected. Also super sexy!! My man loves to see me in this even tho it is not lingerie. Big fan. I just ordered another one 🖤
