Helps with back pain and posture, it's the perfect sizing for me atleast, it's long so I see why it would be a bad size for someone shorter but as long as you pull it right and get the right size it'll do wonders. Correzt sizing, don't over or under size.

I love love LOVE this waist trainer. I just had a baby (C section) 1 month ago and I have been having a hard time finding a waist trainer that is perfect. If you are looking at this... GET IT. It is very comfortable, easy to put on by yourself and I can tell its going to last a long time. It also makes me feel very secure and it doesn't roll up. I actually don't dread wearing it all day and I am just happy with my results. I am only on day 4 and I've already lost 1/2 inch. I also fast and workout for 30 mins a day on top of walking 4 miles a day but I know this waist trainer definably helps.

Runs extremely small. I have bought a somewhat similar one last year and it’s a size medium and fits absolutely perfect perfectly. I want to replace it because it has been worn out and looking to something more. I can wear under clothes and not just for working out which the worn out one is. I will have to probably size up two sizes even though the measurements on the sizing guide Say which size to use it is way off. I wear a size 28-29 jeans and it looks like I have to size up to a large, possibly extra large for it to even sip up.

Pretty comfortable for a few hours. I’m a fluffy girl with a tummy stretched to china from kids so I love how this conforms my flabby tummy. GREAT BUY FOR THE PRICE

It was soft and comfy I love it honestly but I ordered an extra small and it fit like a small. I just had a baby and have a small baby pouch I’m trying to get rid of. I had finally found an extra small faja however it fit like a small so it’s big and fits me like a normal shirt. For reference I’m 5’0 weighing 105

My husband and I had a good laugh with him helping me put it on. It was tight, tight w/breathable fabric. Best part, I was able to breath as well. I couldn't pinpoint the cramping m-tightening feeling that increased with movement, but wasn't painful. I started feeling muscles in abdomen didn't know was there. Then it hit me-planks. Felt like I was doing 1K planks p/h. Contemplated wearing it again and will. Definitely have and will continue to get my money worth with this product. Value worth more than money spent. Love it.

I just got this waist trainer to replace my other one (different brand and style) that’s now to big. I was hopeful for this one.But I’m disappointed, it’s very thin, the clasp section is too short, so if I were to pull it up where I want it (under my boobs and all the way down under my belly) to cover fully, there’s always a section of skin the bulges out, not flattering.The “bars” in the back of the waist trainer are the worst, especially since the fabric they used is super thin there’s nothing really holding the waist trainer together. My back has a natural curve to it when I stand my back leans backwards more, so the bars are bending, and pushing into my back. And no matter what I did to soften the areas it was just so painful and had to take the waist trainer off after trying to bare it for a couple hours.In a picture I posted with this review, you can see where I’m standing sideways with the trainer fully on, and in the middle of my back you can see where it’s pushing in.I got a size large and it was almost impossible to get it on, I had to lay down on my back to put it on. SUPER TIGHT FIT (but I also sized down by one, to get the super tight fit). So I liked that part.I will be returning this trainer and finding something more suitable and comfortable.

Size up!Good material and support but I ordered my normal clothing size and it is TIGHT to get on! Hope it works and becomes more comfortable to wear as time goes on
