This is a very comfortable and well made waist trainer. It’s constructed with quality material, has a breathable mesh layer, and strong velcro straps for a secure snug fit. The trainer provides great back support with back 4 spines that encourages correct posture. The belt holds “everything” in and looks smooth under clothing. I have an umbilical hernia and this belt helps to compress the hernia in place. I am happy with this purchase and find it to be a great value for the money.

I must say that this is a great waist trainer. With great back support, keeping you sitting straight for a slouchy person as myself I find it good to know this is helping me with my posture. Also I had a tummy tuck and my belly was feeling bloated and not going down, I decided to try it and hopefully it will get my waist and belly flat. Will post more pics after I have accomplished my goals... Great material and does not bulge like many do. True to the body.

This waist trainer is very sturdy with excellent Velcro. I just got it so I haven’t broke it in but it is comfortably stiff, which helps for posture. It is true to its size.

This is a great waist trainer, with the first velcro enclosure you fit it snugly around your waist, then using the second set of velcro you cinch it in as tight, or even snugger, as you need either by closing the second right over the top of the first one, or one above the other as your needs fit. If you feel you're getting squeezed too much it is easy to quickly adjust the outer straps for ypur comfort, without having to adjust the inner velcro. It is a very nice and comfortable material that seems will have great durability. There is an oder when first opening the package but it dissipates as it takes on fresh air and your own personal scent. And it definitely creates heat underneath. Two things would make this the Perfect product. 1. More height for coverage and 2. A bit of a taper at the top. I plan to add a taper to it myself for a snugger fit around my upper abdomen. But I feel this is a great waist trainer, especially for the price.

It isn't comfortable at all and I cant move when I sit down and it don't cover my whole stomach being tall I'm 5’9 it covers lower stomach not the upper stomach in picture it shows woman with no stomach i have a stomach and top pops out on me it looks funny…3-11-25

Wore this for the first time yesterday during my workout. Gave great support for my back when lifting heavier weights as well as it created heat in my mid section to help build up a better burn/sweat. I liked how you can make the waist trimer as tight and secure as you like with the side wings that Velcro easily and stay in place. Great value and durability. Definitely going to be using this for all my workouts.

I'm gonna stop shopping with Amazon .This product the only part thst stretches is the Elastic pink Belt The material is soft and doesn't stretch at all .Very disappointed.Think I'm gonna have to shop on tik tok shop .I'm tured of Amazon's products .And when the guys do deliveries the don't knock or ring the door bell to notify you .They opened up my package then placed it at the door took a photo of the unopened side and posted it .If my package had something useful to them the delivery guy wood of taken it then take a phitonof an empty box at my door .But I'm not happy with my purchase. At all .Will order one from tik tok next time the items seems to be better quality than these cheaply made yet costly products from Amazon .They are making too much money so they don't care about their customers it seems.

I have worn this waist trainer twice at the gym, and It really does work to protect the back, in fact its better than my gym belt. It also reminds me to pull my tum in when doing strength training.Comfortable to wear and stays in place. I would recommend this product.

I received my waist belt a couple of days ago. For reference, I am about 5’1” and around 150lbs. Based on the provided measurements online, I ordered a medium. I’ve never used a waist trainer/belt before so I have nothing to compare it with. I have a short torso so I was a little apprehensive but when tried it on it was pretty comfortable and true to size. Took a few tries to get it on the way I want to. Been using it for a couple of days and it feels good. My husband said it looks good and it holds well under clothes. I am able to sit on the floor with no issues. The material feels it’s of good quality and the velcro sticks really well. Overall, it’s worth it and I’m satisfied.
