What a great product. Sealed, waterproofed and filled cracks in a single coating. Well done!

Applied to chimney flashing leak. this stuff finds holes and seals. Thin and flows enough to get into cracks yet thick enough to control where you want it. Used many different roof patches and sealers, this one beats everything. One application, no more leaks.

I put this on my trailer house roof to eliminate leaks. It's helped so far. I don't mind living in this trailer, just don't like leaks. The gal on lot 3 has a very leaky roof but she didn't try this so she still leaks over there. Maybe I'll tell her about this product if she will stop talking about her in-laws all the time. I can only take so much when people aimlessly talk about nothing all the time, I mean I've got better things to do with my time, like fix leaks on my trailer

Product (clear) applied very well and appears up to now to be effective. My only gripe is that it dries to a high gloss which was not expected, especially if the area can be seen.

We bought this to seal an old fibreglass water feature which had sprung a slow leak. It was tricky getting the sealer into all the nooks and crannies of the pump sump, but that's not a complaint against the sealer. Imagine 'painting' a the inside of your hallway through the letterbox. As I was unsure whether my arm was long enough to reach unseen into the distant recesses and achieve a good seal, after a couple of days, I treated the bottom exterior surface too.A separate test on a small stainless steel dish with small holes torn in it was far more easily assessed, it sealed well with a dab of sealer on both sides. This is now used as a bird water dish. Both treatments have been successful and remain waterproof after three days use.Coverage thoughts - Given the nature of the fibreglass water feature task, I was unsure whether I'd be pouring it in and swilling it around to achieve a quick and easy seal, however, on opening the 500mL tin, it became apparent the viscosity of the sealer made this impractical - it needed to be painted on. For this I used an old brush I didn't mind discarding, since cleaning would be fraught with messy issues and time consuming. In total, I have probably covered about 1.5 square metres area, which has used just over half the 500mL tin. That might not sound like much, but it adhered to the surface and covered well - I was trying to achieve a decent thick coat, going much further than I thought it would.Should the need arise, I would definitely buy again.

Leak Seal is a very good product when the conditions are perfect. You need good weather, a clean surface and time. The seal is very liquid and will run into small cracks. It will not stop a leak in process. The source of the leak has to be stopped first. The area dried before Leak Seal is applied. If you manage to do that then apply Leak Seal and it dries in time, as described on the tin. Then the Seal will be very good. Note it says only apply one generous coat. This is because further coats will effectively dissolve the first coat and take longer to set/dry. Applying heat also dissolves this product in my experience.

I was very satisfied with this product. I had some leaks in my garage around my skylights over the pro-panel. Used this, and no more leaks. Lots of rain and snow lately, and no leaks.

Thick clear glue like paint to stop the gutter leaks. One coat only and make sure no rain for a few days to cure.

I bought this to seal up six leaking seams in rain gutters. My problem was gutters were 24 feet high and I had a 16 foot ladder, so you can do the math. The paint brush I used on a 8 foot pole could not apply this sealant with enough pressure to be effective. You really need to put his on with heavy brush strokes loaded with the sealant and unfortunately I was not in the position on the ladder to do that heavy enough. After sealing up six seams with one coat, it rained 48 hrs later and all seams still leaked. Im not giving up on the product. I'll try to heavy brush it on once I rent a 28 ft ladder. But, to be effective, I believe you have to brush it on from a foot away with heavy pressure strokes and lots of the sealant on the paint brush. Also, its real sticky so wear disposable gloves to make clean up much easier.

The product works fine, however the top does not seal properly even using the provided clips. Not sure yet if product will dry up in can. The top is definitely poorly designed when you can't get it to seal properly like a paint can.

Product was a bit thicker than I was expecting, like the viscosity of nail polish. Very easy to apply and it dried well. Has waterproofed a crack in the render of our house and the rain no longer comes in! Only used a fraction of the tub, it goes a long way. Very strong smell to it though and it's very difficult to wash off brushes so just had to bin it. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.
