Too small and moved within the opening. As soon as I turned on he saw, the insert busted.

Based on another review for a similar saw, I thought these would fit. They are too small in diameter. Quality is fine but be sure to measure your saw.I just made one from scrap maple for free.

I have a PORTER-CABLE 13.625-in 10-Amp Stationary Band Saw (Model #PCB330BS) and other than applying some duct tape (2 layers to be exact) to the bottom of the insert to level it to the table, it was a perfect fit. I couldn't happier.

I have a JWBS-16 and these worked perfectly. They are of decent strength and I'm sure will hold up well. I will utilize a different insert for each blade, however haven't had a need to change the blade since purchasing these. Only complaint is dust collection is much worse using these in place of a non-zero clearance (which is common with all zero clearance bandsaw inserts)A few reviews have said that it's not that easy to cut the slot for the blade, I didn't have it's not 100% straight, but pretty darn close. Lower the hand guard/top guide as low as it will let the insert fit underneath, then With the saw running - I positioned the insert so that the notches at 9 and 3 O'clock were on my index fingers with both hands, and my thumbs holding the 6 o'clock using the table to stable my hands I VERY slowly moved the insert towards the blade in a straight motion towards my thumbs, while keeping my hands in contact with the table stopping when I got to the halfway point. I then turned off the saw and positioned the insert in place and started the saw. If there was a little variance the blade quickly resolved that problem. I'll include pictures when I have a chance to take them.

Certainly "zero clearance" is an upgrade from the standard band saw table insert, so no complaints there. I've got a Jet band saw, but I had to put masking tape shims under this replacement insert for it to sit flush with the table. There are no instructions included; in particular there are no instructions on how to cut the initial curf on the insert. After some internet research, I just freehanded it (not especially pretty). The insert does have a little notch in it to fit the table so it has to go in a certain way, which means if you cut the curf crooked, you'll get to recut it before the insert will go in properly. Overall, a decent purchase, but I may try making my own next time.
