Your cart is empty.The Clean sweep helps keep your Bandsaw's tires free from debris which shorten their life and effect blade tracking. As debris; saw dust, metal on metalworking saws, or any other debris accumulates on the tire, continued use without cleaning compresses the tire more in other places then if it were in contact with the rubber or urethane alone. Over time the tire will loose its rebound in those places if not cleaned properly and thus decrease tire life. (Currently only offered for 14" saws)

Soft brush cleans about half or less of the residue from the tire. Kind of expensive for what it is. Might be better off buying a stiffer brush for the same money that cleans more off.

Had it now for a couple of months and seems to do its job. My jet bandsaw has 2 dust ports and came with 1 brush to clear dust from the blade before it returns to the top tire. I decided it would benefit from a second brush clearing the dust before it reaches the lower tire also. I placed the brush so it wipes the blade just below the table's throat plate and just above the upper dust port. It seems to work perfect especially when cutting plastic. the hot plexiglass tends to stick to the blade and then it's sharp edges deteriorates the neopreme tires prematurely. Since I do a lot of minitures and often in plastics I'm hoping this will prolong the tire life because they're a pain to replace.

I installed this wheel brush on my nearly new band saw and proceeded to use the saw as usual. After a couple of days use I inspected the wheels. To my surprise the lower wheel was perfectly clean. Pretty much the same for the upper wheel. It douse a great job of keeping the wheels clean. I highly recommend this product.

Works great and keeps a good majority of dust off my bandsaw wheels. It’s definitely designed to work for multiple brands of bandsaws and possibly bigger or smaller bandsaws. On my Grizzly 14” it works great.

Wow, works great, really keeps the tires clean. A little bit of work to install, realistically requiring partial removal of the blade guard to get the right angle for drilling, but not bad. I used on on both the upper and lower wheels.

I cut a lot of big bowl blanks out of green wood and my saw would bog down if I put any pressure on it. I recently installed new tires and noticed that there was a lot of saw dust building up on the lower wheel. After cleaning the wheels and installing this little brush my saw cuts like it has double the horse power. I do not have the saw dust sticking to the tire any more either. If you have the new type tires on your saw check for saw dust building up on the lower wheel. It didn't do it with the old tires but the brush solved the problem. You need to clean your wheels before you attach the brush and it requires some effort. I turned the motor on and held a wire brush against the wheel and it still took some time to get it all off.
