DO NOT BUY THIS BAG unless you enjoy tiny shards of glass embedded in your hands and possibly in your food! The frame isn’t made of the typical sturdy metal like any normal person would use....it’s some brittle, glass-like material that flaked off, leaving microscopic shards everywhere. I was just trying to set it up, and suddenly my hands were covered in painful little microscopic slivers!!!This isn’t just a bad design...it’s a hazard! Completely unacceptable, and I wouldn’t trust this bag for anything, let alone storing food. AMAZON NEEDS TO PULL THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!! Save yourself the frustration (and injury) and buy something safer!

This is such a huge backpack. It’s insulated which is awesome. It has a place for the food and the drinks. The straps for the shoulders are pretty comfortable to carry while walking or backpacking. Super roomy with lots of space to keep ur food hot or cold. One of the best insulated bags I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend

Although this would be great for food delivery, I got it to keep my groceries cold when I bring them home from the store. The 55 minute drive is not a problem in the winter, but in the summer, this cooler is a necessity. The food delivery backpack comes unassembled, and there are directions how to assemble the inside structure. However, with it unassembled, it folds flat and small, so its great for keeping in the car. The bag is secured closed with straps, which are very secure. The inside is insulated and has the silver reflective lining. It holds a large amount. It is good quality and I am very pleased with it.
