I’m not a food delivery driver. I do order takeout in a town that is 30 minutes away from where I live. This bag kept my food warm and the smell of the food stayed contained in this bag. I like the part of the bag that sticks out to allow for pizza boxes. This works well for pizzas. I would recommend this bag.

As a food delivery driver part time, having a reliable and functional insulated food bag is essential. This Jiefeike backpack has seriously upgraded my delivery game!First off, the quality is excellent. The materials are sturdy, and the stitching is solid. It feels like it can withstand the wear and tear of daily deliveries. The size is perfect – large enough to hold multiple orders, but not so bulky that it's cumbersome to carry.But what really sets this backpack apart is the expandable design and extra support. My previous delivery bag, which was a similar size and style, was a nightmare to load. It would constantly collapse on itself, making it a struggle to fit everything in. This Jiefeike bag, however, has rigid support that keeps it open and upright, making loading and unloading a breeze. This is an interesting looking pack and is great for local door dashing, especially for the lunch crowd. I say lunch crowd because this pack will allow you to carry several pizzas up to 14”… but to me, that’s lunch sized. ;-) I love that you can collapse the extendable portion down when not in use, but my thinking is that you can leave it extended for even more food deliveries. Anyway, inside is padded and lined to keep everything sufficiently warm (and cool) in this two level pack, which comes complete with a divider and stiff wall panels. Reflective striping is a nice touch ensuring you actually make those deliveries in one piece! Has both a handle strap as well as nice padded shoulder straps.I do wish that this had some sort of MOLLE system or something to extend this bag with additional storage or even if the side cup holders was a big pouch instead (you could even have the pouch divided so you can put cups in it still). Just seems like theres more that could be done to maximize capacity. Regardless, this is a good little pack and the fact that you can place several pizzas flat in here is a great feature if you do deliver pizzas in your area. It’s nice to have that option ready to go for you when you need it.I’m going to give this 4.5 stars out of 5, which rounds up to 5. My reasoning is that I do think a little more could be done to maximize capacity… but this is still a great product and so deserves to be displayed as a 5.

Love the flexible size - can make larger or smaller.Separate compartments if needed.Can be carried easily by one due to backpack type feature, which also frees hands to carry something else. If
