I’ve heard a lot about the quality of the box-bag being poor but honestly the one that I received seems to be built pretty well. Only time will tell. I purchased the 3 year protection plan so if anything does happen, it would be replaced.

My husband started doing food deliveries on his bike to save gas and to get exercise, but the bags he had been using just didn't keep the food in place. He calls this bag a "game changer". It was a little difficult to put together but it is perfect for anyone doing food deliveries on their bike. It holds a lot of food and it even keeps drinks in place! Would highly recommend 👌

The bag itself is great but the metal mesh it comes with is not well made, the welding is poor. After one round of delivering food, it fell apart.

I use this for food delivery on a bicycle, so I can only speak for its effectiveness in that capacity, but here goes:PROS - very lightweight, easy to adjust, strong material that allows you to carry a lot of weight if needed (I once delivered about 30 pounds of barbecue in it), water resistant (although I would spray it with a sealant or get an extra large garbage bag if you plan to use it in the heavy rain), large size allows you to take full size pizza boxes, panels inside are removable, so you can keep it in a rigid structure form, or remove them and make it more collapsibleCONS- extra large size makes walking or riding in right spaces more difficult, riding in high crosswinds can throw you off a bit because you’re kind of riding with a sail on your back, when you carry the really heavy orders, the padding where your back touches is so so - not to best or worst I’ve ever seen, but it can be uncomfortable on your back (that heavy barbecue order I mentioned earlier got me a big tip, but wasn’t the most comfortable ride)Hope this helps
