Couple of days after receiving I got a large order of food and drinks. I loaded this bag almost to the top with a catering order. Hot trays and deserts trays,took two of these bags. The straps held up and bag kept the hot items HOT. The cold items remained COLD. Zippers held up with repeated use that day. Put a baking sheet in the bottom for form.

I used this bag for 2 weeks and the bottom stitching came out and now there's a big hole and I can't use it any longer. Totally a waste of money.

Large - size was perfect for 2 foil deep pans. Perfect size. Took advice and put cardboard box on bottom to make more firm. Didnt spill water that was in the bottom of 2 pans together to keep warm ( with warmer packs). Glad I purchased this snd price was cheap compared to other brands. Very light and will last. Not awkward to carry

I love the size of this bag! As a Shopper for instacart it easily fits three paper grocery bags at once. It is a little awkward to carry if you're shorter if the bag is heavy but otherwise great!

I made the purchase and went for the XXXL bag. Instead, I got the small version. It’s okay. Computers also makes mistakes. But to make my purchase experience worst, it came ripped on the inside. To flimsy and it really doesn’t look durable at all. I’m returning this because there’s no where I can contact the seller and make this right. Oh well.The reason for the 3 starts is because it’s a good bag for an average delivery. But I do catering. This is too small and it won’t even last out on the field.

I expected it to be a bit bigger. Serves great for medium big food delivery orders, but it's not tall so I need to rearrange items to accomodate it to the shape of this insulated bag. Also it makes paper bags sweat more than other types of insulated bags. I do have problems zipping it when using it's full/maximum capacity. Another thing I love is that it easily folds up so you don't have to worry about it taking too much space. Ideal for delivering food that aren't in paper bags and that aren't stacked high.Edit: after a few months of delivering one of the zippers did break. Later one of the hand straps fell off but I was able to have it sewed back on. It still works fine but this could be made with a little more durability.
