This worked really well for our 45 lb puppy right after her spay. It was easy to use, but she was able to take it off pretty easily after she got a bit more active so we really only used it a short time. It does what it is supposed to do; maybe it was just a little too big for her.

I really don’t like using rigid cones on animals. If I can, I will always use a pillow style e-collar.This one feels really well made, the fabric feels like a soft canvas, I’m really not sure how else to explain it. The inner tube is thick, and can be taken out so you can patch it if needed (we have cats as well as our dog), or wash the cover. This would truly be a 5 star just from first impressions if there was a cover of sorts for the mouthpiece where you blow it up.AT $23, I feel like this is on the higher end, but I do think that it’s well worth the price - and especially if you can get it with a coupon or on sale. You’re getting a very good quality e-collar, that can be used again and again if needed. I’ve had others that made it through maybe one or two animals before they became useless - and that’s mostly because a claw got through the fabric and punctured the tube as well as ripping the cover. Our dog has never had to wear a cone of any sort, and we will be having her spayed this summer. We will be starting to train her with this in the next few days. IF you’ve never had to train a dog to using one of these - this is what we’ve done in the past and it worked well:- We leave it someplace where she can smell it or nudge it whenever she likes for a few days, usually somewhere where on of us is - so on a chair arm, or on the couch next to us, or close to one of her beds.- While holding it, we mess with whatever the closure is. For this one, it’s a velcro strap. Lots of loves and treats are involved.- Once that’s good, we move to putting it on the animal’s neck, uninflated, and loosely. We don’t make a big deal about it - just like it’s a collar or a new handkerchief. If your dog likes to wear clothes and all that, tell them that they look pretty/handsome (I dunno, our dog loves clothes and being told she’s pretty, lol).- After that, start inflating it little by little whenever your animal gets used to it being at the previous levelWe do the wearing and inflating in conjunction with time training.

A size medium fit great on my Chiweenie and appeared to be much more comfortable than the cone. To inflate, you must pinch the valve really hard while blowing it up. It also has loops to insert your dog collar and a velcro strip on the outside to adjust as needed. Removal is easy with the velcro and then just unsnapping the collar. Easy to use and works as intended.

This inflatable dog collar is a game-changer! Not only is it super cute with its rainbow design, but it’s also much more comfortable for my pup compared to the traditional plastic cone. It provides the perfect balance of restriction and freedom, allowing my dog to rest easily without feeling confined. The material is soft yet durable, and the adjustable straps make it easy to fit securely. My dog doesn’t mind wearing it at all! If you’re looking for a comfortable and stylish alternative for post-surgery recovery or to prevent licking, this is a fantastic option. Highly recommended!

If you have a cavalier king charles (or similar size and even a bit larger), this might be your soft cone. Tried 2 other ones on amazon, but because my dog has a smaller head and thicker neck, they were all too big for him. This one is not only perfect in size, but incredibly cute!

Dezzi is so much more comfortable now. Her own personal pillow. She can do everything she needs to that hard plastic cone is out of the way now!

This this fits the small dog or puppy very comfortably. Very easy to use you just blow it up. It's a great value for the money. Inflates very easy. Very pretty.

My baby is 9 lbs, spayed her and somehow she could easily remove it. It looks pretty, albeit it didn't work for her.
