Nice product but sizing is off

Only have good things to say about this besides the fact that it runs a bit small, no worries, just size up. I have about 13" biceps and an L fits nice and snug, not overly tight. The fabric is thin and breathable. Vent holes actually emerge when you bend your elbow to reveal them, a nice touch. The foam feels sturdy, I even threw some elbows at my wall, no pain! I am confident in it's protective abilities

These pads offer thick protection for my elbows. I don't play lacrosse, but I have severe joint issues. So I got these to help protect my elbows when I am out doing major metal work. They are very effective. I have bumped myself several times, pretty hard, and I had no ricochet effect in my elbows. No tingling, or stunning kind of pain, which is actually very amazing. So even though I do not play lacrosse, if you are looking for elbow pads that can take a hit and still protect from injury or pain then these are perfect. The sizes run a little big though. I have bigger arms so I ordered an XL, but they were sliding off my arms. So my suggestion would be to order one size down from what you would usually wear.

I got the large size going by the chart in their description, and they do fit tightly. The silicone band at the top is meant to keep the pads from sliding down the arm, but doesn’t get much praise because the pads are quite tight on their own. For me, there is definitely some restriction of the range of motion in bending the elbow, maybe XL would have fit better. The material is stretchy, and these may become more comfy after enough usage. The actual padding looks adequate to me, not sure about Lacrosse but for skateboarding and biking and such these are very usable and may save a few stitches or worst.

As a size 2 woman, I got the medium and they fit pretty securely and not too tight.They will be used for my weekly ice skating sessions. I'm a beginner and fall usually once per session and this gives me another layer of protection since osteoporosis runs in my family. Maybe lacrosse players would want more coverage but for me, it's smaller and won't stand out so much under my sweater.The pad itself is made in the USA but the sleeve is sewn in China.

These are great for what I need them to be. Playing lacrosse after college years just for fun with the guys. They are comfortable, run a little small, but work for games that really are for fun. They are breathable and flexible. I can move my elbow in all directions. They stay in place and don't slide off.
