My son plays baseball and was in need of an elbow guard and a leg guard. He has gotten hit one too many times and decided it was time for some reinforcement. This set is truly for a youth size (maybe ages 10 through 14) of standard size. I am annoyed how some products will advertise for youth size but it is made more for adults. This set gets it right. My 10-year-old was able to fit both items without issue. Although he is slimmer than most kids, he was able to wear it right. There are adjustable straps so you can adjust it to your liking. The padding is made well. It does indeed provide protection. The guards do have a curve to them so it sits well on the arm and leg. This set is priced lower than the brand named ones on the market and I think it's because the design isn't as "tight" as I see some are. Yes, it curves and yes it has padding and provides flexibility but you can tell that it is a little "looser" than the expensive ones. However, we are satisfied with this product.

I have twins daughters and ones a lefty’s and ones a righty and this works for them both. Fits them both. I like that the elbow protection has a little bit more coverage than most others. The brand name is small and not noticeable especially after dirt is all over it lol. The Velcro works well even after a few months and a bunch of dirt on it. I like that the foot part is included in this set without having to purchase it and it is detachable(at a good price too). The only thing I didn’t like about this set was that it came in completely flat. In order for it to fit properly, I had to work it rounded and it was a little harder than expected. But that just means it has good protection, and once worked rounded it was just fine and I haven’t had to do it again. 4.5 stars
