Nicely made but I think the two part pad that goes around the elbow to the back of the elbow and forearm would be better. My grandson is small so I decided to order this one and for now it works fine especially since the pitching is fairly slow, however, it is also very wild since they are just learning. This pad will work for a while but I will soon be ordering a larger pad. I am not disappointed I ordered this pad for now.

I haven't played in this yet, but I do like how well-protected it feels, and how firm it is. So it definitely offers good protection. The only downside though...is that its just 1 piece, and pretty firm at that, so it doesn't "bend" or give much, as you try to move your arm. So the kind that has two pieces will offer more protection, as this is just 1 piece, and you will have to tighten it a lot to keep it at just the right spot. But if you are looking for a decent amount of protection, and don't need a larger 2 piece, this can do the job in protecting your elbow, albeit in a more limited area.

My son plays baseball, and one of the biggest fears growing up on the diamond is getting hit by a pitch. Usually kids will shake it off, but some have almost a debilitating fear of getting hit by the pitcher. This elbow guard is perfect to calm their nerves and get them focusing in on hitting the ball again. Taking a pitch to the elbow can be quite painful, even with a "slow" pitch, but this elbow guard will protect your baseball/softball player's elbow. A decent amount of padding is provided - enough to give cushion without being bulky or heavy. It shouldn't affect you kid's swing at all - just getting used to it is the key. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

My son just moved up to kid pitched and kids tend to get hit by pitches while they are trying to find the strike zone. This has my son a little shaky in the box. This little elbow guard gives my kiddo more confidence and he is less worried about getting hit in the elbow. I have looked at similar products that are about twice as expensive. This elbow guard works well, stays in place and doesn't distract the batter. Based on the price and quality, I would absolutely order again.

Everyone on my kid's baseball team was getting nailed with the ball so I wanted to get something to help them out. I recently tried the Cienfy elbow guard, and while it has some solid features, there are a few areas for improvement. Made from high-quality EVA material, these pads offer good impact protection and effectively disperse shock, which gives me peace of mind during games. The adjustable hook and loop closure provides a snug fit, although they did find it could slip a bit during intense movements. It is also not very flexible which impeded some of the kids' swings. Overall, it’s a reliable option for protecting your elbow while playing, though a slightly more secure fit would elevate its performance even further.
