You have to be a genius to install this on a '93 D21 ka24e Hold the cover away from the thermostat, and thread the three bolts. Then push in the cover and hold it while you finger tighten the three bolts. Doing this the other way is futile as you watch the expensive coolant run out of the motor while your nice pretty silicone gasket is ruined. Anyway put the bobble valve at the top. It allows any air to escape.
