I got this for use around the house hanging frames and measuring angles for welding. The magnetic base is great and the accuracy seems to be spot on. My old bubble level worked well but this lets me get within a degree of plumb without hassle. If you're looking to up your leveling game or are into garage fabrication, this is a great option. It's easy to use, fast and accurate.

Not a bad angle measure for the table saw. This lights up bright and is easy to read. The magnets are pretty strong and stick well, so no issues with difficulty using this measure. The controls are pretty straight forward and it seems reasonably well built. I think this is a good measure and will get a good amount of use.Single complaint is that my measure seems to jump around a bit. Not in major increments, mind you, but in tenths. With the measure perfectly still it will jump back and forth between a few tenths of a degree, which means I can only trust the accuracy here to about a half a degree or so. This should be fine for my purposes, but if you want something that will give really tight and consistent readings, this one might not be it. Or, I could have received a unit with a little more play or squirreliness. Either way, that's been my experience.Good luck!

This electronic level meter from seller Abizarch is a useful tool and is reasonably priced at $14. However you can buy liquid bubble levels for less, and can buy mechanical or digital protractors in the same price range.Since I already have several levels of short and long lengths, as well as a mechanical protractor, this tool makes sense for me. But if I did not already own these other tools, then I would not buy this electronic level, as it is not as generally useful as the other two tools. The included instructions are so small they are impossible to read even with glasses. I automatically take off one star for vendors who do this. The units "reference" button is shared with the on/off switch. The manufacturer's idea is to allow the user to set a beginning angle to zero so that the next placement of the unit will show the difference angle – somewhat like a protractor. I do not recommend doing this. In the real world a mechanical protractor designed for that purpose will be easier to use, and will work in many more situations since the longer arms will give a better reading of the surface angle. (Real world surfaces like wood and sheetrock are rarely straight). This unit is so small it will only be accurate on really straight edges, like metal, for doing protractor work. Simply put, a mechanical protractor is a much better tool for its fast and accurate ease-of-use in most construction / repair applications. This digital level from Abizarch has a battery compartment for two AAA batteries that is held down by one tiny screw. This is such a bad design. Most everyone else uses snap-in-place battery hatches. It just does not make any sense why they did this. Another star off for this.Having said all that, if you happen to own an art gallery, this could be the perfect leveling tool for you.

Is it really level or not? A digital angle gauge can tell you that answer -- or if it was like my neighbor's house which had a level TV (relative to gravity) but looked crooked because the floor was uneven, this could measure that too. After supplying two of your own AAA batteries, power it on and by default, angles are based off of the earth. Hit the power (REF) button again to set the base angle, and now it can measure relative to the angle that was just set. Pressing the unit button changes it from degrees to % pitch, rise/drop in mm/m, or rise/drop in inches/feet. Do note that the device is only magnetic on the bottom side and its dimensions are actually 58mm x 58mm. A soft carrying case is included, though the belt loop is on the shorter side.Offering the multiple modes is the biggest plus; I have other angle gauges that can only measure to the earth or relative to one another -- but not both modes and they were more $$. Being able to recalibrate this is also a huge plus too. It's not the most stylish and the plastic housing is nothing to write home about, but what matters is how it functions, and this delivers on that aspect. Barring any reliability issues, 5 stars.

There are various angle finders like this one on Amazon, but at $14.99, this one has the lowest price I've seen. Some of the more expensive models have a laser and/or are sporting a brand name (such as Klein), but apart from the addition of a laser, they appear to have the same features as this one.You can measure absolute angles, or zero it out by pressing the reference button, and then everything is measured relative to that point. In the attached photos, you can see that I zeroed it out on my work bench, then measured relative angles of 45 and 90 degrees, with both angles being nearly dead on. When you are measuring relative angles, there is an "S" showing on the LCD screen. When you press the reference button again, it goes back to absolute measurements. It also has arrows on either side of the screen to show which side is higher, in the event that you would want to measure a very shallow angle. The magnet on the bottom has good strength, and sticks to my steel pegboard pretty well. I'm not sure how useful the magnet will really be. The best thing to attach it to for me would be a level, but all the metal levels I've ever seen (and the ones I own) are aluminum. It comes with a little soft case with a belt loop on the back, and short set of instructions. It can be recalibrated by the user, and that process is covered in the instructions - although I don't know how the average Joe would be able to find absolute zero very accurately. We have a granite table at work, so if I ever had to calibrate such a device, I would probably use that. It would be interesting to throw it on our granite table just to see what it measures currently.Considering the low price and the functionality, if it suits your needs, I would recommend this product.
