I bought this to level a garage floor turned office. It puts down a very low beam meaning you don't have to measure up from a higher beam. I have several different levels and this one is unbeatable for that application. Holds a charge well and shoots a very good bright beam. Good value.

Excellent tool, not designed to get knocked around on a jobsite, but for homeowner/handyman use this is well worth the $$

Does everything I need a laser level to do for installing kitchen cabinets to recessed lighting in a straight line. And rechargeable batteries are wonderful

Great laser for the money it does exactly what I wanted - put a line from one end of room to the other on the ceiling for laying out pot lights. The accessories are pretty cheap and light duty but work just fine. The beeping however is unreal it is terribly annoying. I will be ripping it apart and cutting the beeper out of it. Lol

I’ve been using this laser level for about 4 months now, and it’s a very useful tool. The battery life is impressive—I’ve only charged it twice so far. The laser quality is decent, but not the best. Occasionally, I notice some laser bleed around the lines, which can be distracting. For a DIYer, it’s a great tool to have in the box and gets the job done. That said, since I use it a lot, I kind of regret not investing in a higher-end model. Overall, a solid choice for casual use!

This is very compact size for a 4d laser level. The buttons on top are easy to use and work well. Comes with remote. The battery pack slips, snaps on nice and easy. The accessories it comes with are just okay quality, lots of plastic. Most items i would never use. Im setting this up on a tripod, or a sliding rack. The base of this unit is plastic, so don't drop it. There is no rubber protection on exterior so dropping this laser unit would not end well. The case they made that comes with it is just barely passable. Many parts, accessories don't fit right. There are better made laser levels, but this seems to be reliable and works well for the price. I like it comes with 2 good battery packs that snap in nice. Many other laser level brands batteries do not fit well. Important that your battery stays connected and attached to your device. Many other brands batteries pop off too easy.

The Catlyn Laser Level 360 Self Leveling 4x360° 16 Lines Green Rechargeable Cross Lines Laser Tool is my new best friend for DIY projects! It’s ridiculously easy to use—just turn it on, and boom, level lines everywhere. Pick it up or move it around, and it self-levels in two seconds flat. The lines are super bright, no problem seeing them in a room full of sunlight. It comes with a ton of accessories in a big padded case (seriously, this thing is like a laser leveler's dream kit). There’s a wall mount, magnet mount, mini tripod, adjustable stand, target plate, two batteries, a charger, and even a remote. You're not getting a fancy contraption, but it works like a charm. You don't even need the remote to adjust the lines; the side interface is super user-friendly. If I had this for all my random house projects, it probably would’ve saved me hours and a lot of wall scribbles. This gadget has definitely earned its spot in my toolbox!

I like this laser lever so much that I get mad when thinking about the projects I struggled and completed in the past because they would have been so much easier with this laser level. First it is super easy to use, the self-leveling part is just that, turn it on and it will shoot out level lines. Pick it up or readjust it, it will self level with out you having to do anything in 2 seconds. The lines are super bright, had no issues seeing them in a bright room, with large windows during the day. It also comes with a large amount of accessories in a large padded case (with the padding custom fit to each component). It comes with a wall mount, a magnet mount, a fixed mini tripod stand, a stand the raises and lowers in small precise amounts by using a turning knob, a target plate, 2 batteries, a battery charger, and a remote. I have only used two of the accessories so far, as just screwing the level onto a tripod works for 95% of projects I am going to use it for but I love that I have tons of options for situations that arise where a tripod won't work. The price is great and having one of this tools should be a must in my opinion for every homeowner.

I purchased this laser level to help with replacing our porch rails. It worked out great and did what it needed to do. In bright sun light it's a bit hard to see the green lines outside at a distance, but other than that it served it purpose. The multiple grid line options is a great feature and the remote is handy when you are working alone. So, far I am happy with the laser level.

1) The lasers are not plumb and after a couple of uses there were additional lines around the main vertical and horizontals2) Build quality smacks of cheap plastic3) A bunch of completely useless accessories. I used my tripod most of the time because auto level only works +-4 °!!4) The construction of the mounting screw and bracket make it difficult to mount on a tripod that has a spring load (like most tripods). The bracket gets stuck on the spring load mechanism.5) The instruction manual is just terrible and poorly translated6)The cases is good and I have to make sure that the battery charges fully...so far the battery lasted just for 20 mins of useSo careful when you buy6)
