The non-stick ceramic coating uses a silicate/glass base coating. Our ceramic coating is derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral.

Our silicate/glass based ceramic non-stick coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free and PFAS free.

USE and CARE Instructions

Before First Use- Remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

UTENSILS - Plastic, rubber, silicone or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid using any sharp objects or metal utensils because they can scratch any non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting.

CLEANING - Cool completely before washing. Hand wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and nonabrasive cleansers or liquid dish washing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel. Do Not soak in water, Do Not put in dishwasher.

Got this item to cook Stouffer's French Bread Pizza. It works great! A quick wipe and it is clean. I also added in a wooden spatula so the surface coating will not get scratched.

I never give 5 stars. These work really well. My son lives off frozen pizzas. I have gone through many different types of pizza pans and these are the only ones that have been able to stand up to the usage. Many many pizzas cooked on them and many many times through the dishwasher and no signs of rust or wear.

I love that these really are non stick. They’re super easy to clean and they fit in my ninja foodie oven. I love being able to use them, quickly wash them, and put them away. I plan on buying more.
