I bought this baking steel to improve the crust of my home-baked bread. It worked much better than a pizza stone. I am getting crispy flavorful crust and it's big enough to bake several loaves.Would reccomend!

There is nothing negative to say about this baking stone, it is absolutely perfect! I bake on it every chance I get. Cooking is always even and everything comes out delicious. It gives pizza and sourdough boules a great even crust!

I saw this product on a Facebook video, Several actually. After doing some research, I decided to purchase. I could’ve saved a few dollars by ordering directly through the manufacturer, but shipping would’ve taken longer, so it really wasn’t that big of a difference financially in the end. I’ve decided to leave it in my oven permanently since it helps with maintaining heat consistency. I cleaned it and then seasoned it shortly after arrival and I’ve been using it ever since. I haven’t had any problems. Of course this is a heavy item… It seems to be working perfectly for me. One tip I would provide is that I have some silicone baking gloves that I wear and I get a rag really wet and wipe the baking steel down if there’s ever any crumbs or anything that spills over on it -so cleanup has been really easy for me and I don’t have to remove it from the stove to do so.

Sell your stock in pizza restaurants, I’m ‘bout to put ‘em out of business! After seasoning the steel, cooked up a NY style pizza, it was fantasticly-delicious with a beautiful undercarriage and golden brown crust. Talk about even cooking, no disappointments at all. The pre-heat to 500 degrees took a while, but this steel retains heat for a long-long time. The pizza peel and dough cutter are perfect. Great purchase, I’ll pat my back ;)
