As described and expected. I use them over a pizza stone. Cooks a bit slower than directly on the stone, so raise the heat or time a bit.

Spent many teenage years in a local pizza restaurant. These mesh type pizza screens really are the best for even crusting on a pizza. Glad I have them at home after all these years.

Works great on a pizza stone in an outdoor pizza oven. It is not non-stick though. For pizza ovens, Pam makes a high heat spray that works very well to prevent pizza from sticking. Makes taking the pizza in and out of the pizza oven much easier.
