It didn't work for me. My veggies ended up kind of squished and torn. I was disappointed, and ended up throwing it out. It was faster, neater, and easier to just use a knife and cutting board.

When you change out the things you use, it’s hard to keep them clicked in. I had to hold one in while I was grading cheese because it wouldn’t stay.

I've always been hesitant on buying an item like this but I figured I would give it a try. I love the color and the multifunctional inserts. I also purchased it so my daughter can help with cooking. She thinks it's so fun and easy to use. Two reasons for me not giving it 5 stars: It is not dishwasher safe and for the life of me I can not get the "hand protector" thing to fit on the inside with everything else. That unfortunately makes it so it will not store all items when not in use. So far those are the only 2 issues I have personally regarding this item.
