Good quality for price. Would like to have more blade options for more versatility with food prep. The smaller insert was hard to clean completely when chopping onions. Larger one was great for potatoes.

We make our own agar agar coconut jelly for our fruit refresher drinks. traditionally, we would slice them up with a knife but that takes too long in a production environment. I decided to try to tool out. I placed 1/4" slices of agar on top of each other and had this device cube them all in under a second. Turned out really good! The the purpose that we needed this for, this works great! Time saver for sure

This item was a disappointment to me. I can’t seem to get the blades to lock in even though I move the lock button into position. Every time I open it I have to remove it from the lid and place it back in. Second the lid is very hard to open. Finally the lid is very tedious to clean. The food gets stuck in the grooves. The cleaning “comb” helps but it still takes a while to clean it completely.

I love the sturdiness of the chopper. It is so easy to prepare vegetables for cooking.I would have given it a five star except for the brush used to clear the chopper is a bit flimsy. I found my vegetable brush to be sturdier. Other than that great design. It would be great to have a chopper with bigger slots. This will become my favorite chopper to use to prepare my meals.

Cannot clean the grid out. Top (non-detachable) spikes on top portion of the chopper trap produce. I used pressure sprayer and a sharp knife edge to clean out the grid after one use chopping up a pepper. And still had pieces stuck - see pic. Took more time to try and clean it out than it would have been to chop them with a knife. It is going back.
