Leaked out of the box at the gasket fitting above the supply hookup. Tightend the fitting as labeled on the valve and stripped the threads before it would seal. Also not enough thread on the supply hookup to attach a standard 1/2" faucet hose.

Well worth fixing your toilet vs buyind a replacement. Took 10 minutes to replace. The old one cracked due to me not draining it properly for Winter storage. This was a perfect fit and an easy replacement.

The fit was great and easy to install, but will not fill the bowl with half petal. The water only flows with a full petal flush. Would not recommend.

I had a small leak just above where the waterline connects, so before replacing the part I added a pressure regulator to the outside water supply. Then I removed the toilet and took out the damaged piece, the new piece fit perfectly and I had no issues once everything was reassembled. Great value and works perfectly

My new TT had been leaking a little from the valve area. It turned out that the original installation was completed without useing the 2 small O rings located on the clear water discharge hose barbs. This kit includes both O rings which turned out to be my actual problem. Now, no more annoying puddles.

The plastic on this seems softer than the original, perhaps this is how it helps with the resistance to cracking in colder temperatures, not sure how it would impact longevity. This unit greatly reduces the pressure of the water coming out of both the toilet flush and the optional spray head fitted to my toilet. My biggest complaint, as others have mentioned, is that you cannot "half flush" the toilet to fill the bowl with water to do a "number 2", like the original. I had to shorten the metal arm by about 2-3mm by resending it, which was a pain in the assets. If I was to do this over I would just spend the extra money and by the original Thetford part, as I had to install and remove it 4 times to get the "half flush" just right.Updated: Started leaking at the plastic welded seam after 8 months. No way to contact seller for exchange or refund. Don't bother with this product - price is too good to be true for a quality product.Update 2: I was able to contact the seller from their Amazon business page. I provided them my order number and explained that the valve started leaking after 8 months. They sent me a new replacement valve. Even if I am not 100% sure about this product I have updated my rating to 5 stars because this seller stands by their product and it's warranty.

We had a cold snap after de-winterizing the toilet and ended up with a cracked valve. Wish if have researched this more last time before I replaced the entire toilet. Took longer to access the water disconnect than it did to switch the part. You’ll need to pull the toilet, make sure you put a paper plate over the hole or you’ll puke. Part works exactly as expected

I called a local RV dealer who sold these for $65.99 each so 2 for $25 is a great deal. I installed one which was very easy and have a spare for emergencies at the campground. We will see after winterization how they hold up to a North Dakota winter.

Was Easy to install, no issues and functions as normal. Oddly for years the water pump would cycle in my RV but I could never find a leak. Now that the toilet valve is replaced the system runs as normal and water pressure & pump do not cycle any longer. The original toilet valve broke cracked due to ice freezing this past winter. This new item from Amazon to replace was perfevt so far.

Arrived within 2 days of submitting my order on a holiday weekend. Simple install. I did not have to remove the toilet as there is ample space between back of toilet and the wall.The valve on my toilet was an OEM Thetford part so I went with this aftermarket brand since the OEM failed on my 2015 Jayco. Amazon reviews were good so that's what I went with. Time will tell if the decision pays off. But I did like that they included an easy-to-follow installation video right in the product description here on Amazon.Important reminder to pressurize your system and check for leaks before you take your RV out for the season. Most RV toilets do not have their own shutoff valve, so if this part fails, you'll be without water until you can replace it.

We are full time RV'ers and our Thetford toilet and the original valve began to leak. The first valve that I purchased started leaking from the fitting in the photo. Did not separate from the valve. The replacement valve I received, after installed, the fitting innthe photo separated from the valve after aprox. 12 hours after installation causing a major water leak. Luckily we were around at the time and able to stop it quickly. The fitment was fine and easy to install. The rubber gasket provided was not exactly an OEM replacement, but works fine. The quality of the 2 valves I received was poor. Caution before buying.
