I purchased these clips for a pick-up truck cover to be able to hold the cover on without wind ballooning and water pooling. Inexpensive so I wasn't expecting much. These clips are a hidden gem! I was able to lace up the truck cover like a shoe. I am buying 2 more packages to build a homemade paint booth in my garage using cheap blue tarps.

Like everyone else said, these clips are the real deal and hold tight to tarps. I had bought some cheaper ones from Amazon but returned them right away because they were not capable of biting down on the tarp and holding any stress. These clips torque down and really bite in and hold under a lot of pulling force. Totally worth the extra money. These also came with a bunch of plastic wire ties which I used to attach the plastic clip to a metal grommet. Very handy and it was a great idea for them to include the wire ties!
