This strong and breathable material is water-resistant. It is made from 100% cotton duck canvas and triple-thick hems. All seams and hems are double-stitched for durability.
Not only
They are used for a variety of industrial, construction, agriculture and commercial applications such as equipment, supplies and structures. All tarps are cut size and will finish approximately 6” to 8" smaller after hems and seams are sewn. These canvas tarps contain brass grommets in the corners with spacing approximately 24" apart around the entire perimeter.

I brought this product to use as a car cove. Every car cover that I have purchased in the past has lasted no more than two summer seasons. I leave them on year round and I wanted something durable that would withstand the extreme elements. I would have liked a larger version but this will due for now. My next purchase will be a larger version of the same. This material combats anything nature can throw at it. Thank you!

Perfect, just what I wanted. Needed something other than a poly tarp to hang over and on the outside of my potting bench to keep it dry since it is directly under an awning. Only regret, I could have used a 10 x 7. Price was reasonable. Probably would not be great for inside since there was a lingering odor, but it is better now. Good decision to buy it.

Thick, sturdy canvas. An absolutely horrible chemical odor from the coating. The seams are sewn very unevenly with lots of frayed fabric showing. Only has grommets. Other brands I have bought have tabs as well to connect to. No reinforcement on any corners or grommets. Adequate, but there are better brands. Made in India.

10x10 tarp in white supposed to be reflective it was also supposed to be waterproof good sturdy tarp with grommets that did not rip or tear which as you can see in the picture mine did Rip I'm not going to take this part back off of the roof because it was too much trouble to get up there but I'm really dissatisfied with it they didn't offer a refund 100 plus dollars for a piece of crap tarp that I'm not happy with

This tarp is made from nice, heavy canvas with excellent grommets and strong sewn seams. It is described as measuring 7’ x 9’ (84” x 108”) and based on that measurement, I bought it to temporarily fill a specific opening in my basement and capture some ambient heat in the room. When I opened it I found that, in truth, it is short on both sides. It actually measures 6’ 10” x 8’ 6” (82” x 102”), and does not fill the opening as I expected. I went back and read the description closer, I saw that the advertised measurements are NOT the finished size, and the actual measurements are in fact listed. My bad for inattention. In any event, this is a nice heavy tarp, does what I needed it for, and hangs very flat. Since it’s visible I didn’t want it to look like crap, but I see that after two days the wrinkles have already flattened from hanging it. I’m not noticing much smell at all.I’m also curious: the listing says indoor / outdoor use, but the package label says outdoor use only. Which is correct and why?

I ordered this tarp to cover my two duck hunting pirogues while on the trailer as I drive to and from hunting spots in the rain. I had them covered one night, and after an entire night of 3" of rain, they were dry inside. The tarp blocked it all. This tarp is very heavy duty and the brown color is perfect. It can double as a liner inside my duck blind to block wond and rain.Pay attention when ordering. As the ad says, it may be smaller than you need it. Mine was smaller by a couple inches all the way around, yet exactly what I needed. Just order a little larger and you'll be fine.I would highly recommend this product.

Before this Cotton canvas 24 x 12 ft, I bought two more smaller, and they are waterproof. the others in their corners are very well done, stronger and reinforced. This is not. It is still sturdy, but the quality is lesser than the two previously bought. I think in order to keep quality at the top, Chicago Canvas distributor should seek with the manufacturer not to reduce the quality of this bigger canvas. I will have to buy a product to make it waterproof. It is covering my boat to avoid get wet when raining, and in Florida it rains many days during the year.

Many reviewers are complaining that this tarp is not waterproof, but it is NOT advertised as waterproof. The description says water-resistant. These two terms are NOT the same. I was hoping it would be waterproof, but it's not. After an initial test, I thought it was waterproof. I made a depression and it held water for quite a while until I emptied it. After I went to quite a bit of trouble to situate the canvas horizontally where I wanted it, and tested it by spraying with a hose attachment, MOST water ran off the tarp, but some soaked through here and there. I've ordered some waterproofing spray for canvas.This is a good canvas tarp, very well made. Expensive, but worth it, IMO.

We are very happy with this tarp. We use it to cover the gazebo. Most gazebo fabric roofs are cheap, rip and then the company doesn't make extras for you to buy. They want you to buy an entire new gazebo. Hello, how bad for the environment. I'm done with over consumerism.Thank you for the very sturdy, waterproof tarp. I need to mention to maybe buy a bigger size. It is cotton and it shrank a bit. Otherwise, it's great!

The color was perfect, the weight was superb, the sitting was impeccable... but not once did the ad mention that it would smell of old oil. This was meant for the material to be used as an apron and to be made into various other products but the smell is super strong so it will be used as a canopy.

A proper waxed canvas tarp that is useful for so many purposes. Great thickness and quality, with tightly sewn seams and ring holes for threading cord to tie down.
