  • HIGH-QUALITY REPLACEMENT PARTS: Crafted from high-quality materials, urethane doesn't dry out when compared to plastic or rubber tires. These tires offer superior grip and longevity, minimizing slippage and maximizing performance. Use of good aluminum material ensures the hardness and stability of the table inserts
  • ATTENTION: Just cover these tires with near boiling water (about 5 minutes) and wait for the tire to soften, then put it on the bandsaw wheel and adjust the left and right positions before it hardens. The inserts have some feedback that they are a little big, so they may need some light filing or sanding, if you mind, please think carefully before you buy
  • EXCELLENT SERVICE: If you have any problems with the product, we offer a free return within 30 days of the item's delivery. If you have any doubts about the product, you can contact us through the seller page

These bandsaw tires appear similar to other offerings on Amazon. The measured actual dimensions of the unstretched tires (as received) is 1.02” wide x 0.099” thick x 12.53” diameter. These band saw tires also have bonded butt joint (see photo). The tire bands are slightly offset (approx 1/32”) at the bonded joint. These band saw bonded area is also thicker than the band material (0.103/0.105” vs .099”). The bonds have been buffed on all sides but are still offset. To verify the bonds I soaked the tires in hot water for 6 minutes then stretched them to the required diameter to fit a 14” bandsaw wheel. They stretched fine without breaking. The “fat” bond does result in slight band movement sideways each rotation during operation. It is acceptable for non-precision work, but a fully molded tire works better in this regard. We will use these on the “utility” bandsaw but for the resaw bandsaw we will use fully molded tires.
