Q: What should I do if the faucet can't be fixed in one position?
A: Adjust the screw on the 1080° faucet joint with an Allen key (note: do not overtighten to avoid damaging the screw)
Q: What to do if the faucet is leaking?
A: Install the rubber pad provided in the package on the 1080° faucet and wrap a few turns of waterproof tape. (see product video for details)

There are no instructions in the box. It appears to be self explanatory. Mines leak! I purchased some plumbers tape around the threads and it still leaks.

When opened package to install the item was defected. Evidently can't return because outside return window by couple weeks (Didn't know this policy)??? Item was purchased for lake home and attempted to install on first trip to the home. Don't buy from this supplier!

Kind of wonky. Works well and not hard to install but quality isn’t great. I’ve had it installed for about 2 months and I frequently have to tighten it the hinge screws.

I did not like that the Rotate Tap Aerator with 2 Modes Adjustable head is plastic, otherwise it is am excellent swivel

It did not work well with my faucet so I just wanted a return but I see a repreplacement order has been made , dont know how because I asked for a return.
