Easily assembled. Well made and decent height. Not as heavy as I thought it would be. Tested and it works great.

The item is well made, sturdy. I was easy to assemble. Although they do include little wrenches to tighten the little bolts, it was easier when I used my own wrench. I chose to use the metal plate that has lots of spikes. The spikes are like carpenter nails. It was fairly easy to penetrate the lawn with the spikes. The handle is padded. All in all, I like this.

This tool was great. It was heavy duty and the spikes and core were sturdy. They penetrated the ground with such ease. I didn't even have to wet the ground. It was difficult to assemble. I don't use wrenches very often, so it was a little difficult. I had to tell my husband to assemble it and he did with his tools. He said the wrench that was provided was not useful. He put the core one on, so in order to put the spikes one on it's not as easy to switch up. The tool is heavy duty, but still light enough for me to use. I'm a small woman 5'0. We got this tool to help little areas in our yard. And this tool is exactly what we needed. I would recommend this tool for sure. I recently aerated those areas and seeded, so I will have to update to see if it really helped those bald spots.

Nice that it has both an aeration attachment and a plug attachment. Takes a long time to assemble and no instructions were included, though the process is pretty apparent. It is quite difficult to get aeration spikes super tight because the head is essentially round. I’d recommend you take the longest handle pliers you have, line up the very small edges on those spikes, and squeeze as hard as you can to try and flatten it more to create a more wrenchable surface on that end. 4 stars because it does seem very solid now that I’ve got it assembled fully but given its task I wouldn’t be too surprised if a lot of these spikes loosen after being jammed into the ground many times and I have to reassemble. If that happens I’ll probably use some thread lock next time so you might want to consider that option when assembling the first time.

Heavy duty with all hardware included, The small wrenches that are included are flimsy, so I used my own set of tools instead.
