This can be a good workout. Its great for arms, shoulders and your waste. Its also great for reflex and muscle control.BUT, im waiting for it to quit leaking

Purchased for my grandson and nephews for Christmas. It arrived to their locations before Christmas and in great shipping condition. They loved it. It stays in place using the suction and all the boys enjoyed it. The boys are 8 years old and the adjustable height will last through several years. It's very well made and very sturdy. I would recommend this boxing bag. I don't work for this company and I don't work for Amazon. I'm a grandmother.
