This punching bag with a stand is okay for light training or casual use, but it falls short in several key areas, especially when it comes to durability. The biggest issue is the bag itself—it feels cheaply made, with thin material that doesn’t hold up well to repeated punches. After just a few weeks of moderate use, I started noticing signs of wear, and in some areas, the stitching was already coming loose. The filling also feels uneven, which can make hitting certain spots uncomfortable.Another downside is the stand. While it works fine for kids or beginners who aren’t hitting too hard, it’s not very sturdy for adults or anyone with real punching power. Even when weighted down, it still wobbles a lot, and if you’re throwing harder punches or kicks, the whole thing shifts around too much. It’s also a bit shorter than expected, which may not be ideal for taller users.Assembly was fairly simple, but the overall design feels a bit flimsy. If you’re looking for a punching bag for light use or just to get some cardio in, this might work. However, if you’re serious about boxing or need something that can take a beating, you’d be better off investing in a higher-quality bag and stand.
