I usually renew the bearings on my mower deck every year, I like to buy in bulk because I know that I will need them next year too. this is a good deal , the bearings are double metal sealed and cost about three dollars each, so the entire bearing replacement is twelve dollars if I do the work myself.

I bought these bearings for my kubota kommander pro 421 60 cut kwt mower.I had seen comments about some of the bearings being damaged new and was worried. The 10 pack of bearings I received and after inspection of all 10 both sides were all ok.The kubota part # k5579-34520. The bearing # is 6205rst on the factory bearings. These bearings have metal seals both sides.As far as the quality of grease that is in the new bearings it's hard to say.Actual fitment of the bearings was correct went together perfectly.After installation I tested the mower and all my vibration and alike sounds had be taken care of by the new bearings. I mowed my yard took about two hours. Worked well with no issues and no sounds of bearing problems and had a good cut again.The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of no way to determine longevity and quality of grease in the new bearings. The factory bearings lasted for 214hrs without catastrophic failure and just vibration and noises associated to the top bearings running out of grease. With the heat and time the grease ran out the bottom of bearings. Still would spin but you could tell they were pretty dry.If I can get the same time out of these that would be fantastic. If they go out before hand I may consider using these again but making my spindles greaseable and removing the inner seals of the bearings.Overall pleased with them. If something happens between now and then I will edit this review.Date is 16 May 2023.Hope this helps others needing these 6205 bearings.Update 22 April 24. I sold this mower to upgrade and get a bagger system for new mower. At time of sale it had 260.5hrs on it as of 18 April 24. The bearings were still smoothly operating and noise free. Sorry I couldn't provide more of a long term review but I would still purchase these again if needed.
