The XFlexion Core Guard

Constructed from polyester and carbonate material, this guard is built to withstand intense play while also offering lightweight core protection. The adjustable rib pads allow for a wide range of motion.

My son is a running back, this was a no brainer, these are the best pads you can buy, they come with all the extra hardware you need to attach them to your kids football pads , we ended up not using the shoulder straps , but these were great, my son had a lot of added confidence after putting these on.Blue thread locker on the mounting screws is a must or they WILL fall out, just one small drop on the threads, my son had zero issues, other kids that had them were constantly falling off without it.

Didn’t receive the Rob protector, only the back plate (twice). Hopefully third times works out. Otherwise I’d give a 5 as we have one already and oldest son loves it.

My son just started playing running back and tight end and was taking more hits than he was giving and ended up getting hit just right in a spot his shoulder pads didn't cover. Bought this to mitigate the damage and haven't looked back. This fits well and offers great protection. Hasn't had a problem since we got this for him.

5'5" 125 lbs fits big around waist, added velcro to the plastic to make it more snug and it works great now protecting well!

My son is 10, but only weights about 70 pounds, and has zero body fat. He moved up this year, and I made him wear these to protect him. He fussed, but in the end said they helped! He is a running back, so he said they helped him take hits and it not hurt.

I bought this for extra protection for my 6yr old son. He’s 3’6 and weighs 40lbs and it fit him. It’s a little big, but not too bad to where it’s falling off of him.Right now we’re only going to use the back plate, b/c his team ordered these terrible reversible jerseys that do not stretch at all so, we can’t get the jersey on him with the rib plate.But for those who asked…yes it fits small children.
