The legs are very tight and difficult to open. Otherwise I like it, so I’m hoping that they loosen with time.

This bamboo and steel bathroom stool is a "step up" from the previous stool I have as that was all wood and not adjustable, so it didn't work for me as it was too tall. This stool solved several issues for us, first the height can be adjusted to two positions, higher for my wife who is several inches shorter than me, and naturally lower for me. Next, the legs fold up so that the entire stool is only about 2 inches thick and easy to store behind the toilet. The only slight on this stool, is that at first my wife had difficulty with the locking levers for the foldable leg hinges, but that has improved as she became more familiar with the mechanism. If you are a skeptic about whether this stool actually helps in the bathroom, have no fear! I was a skeptic too until I tried it, and found out how effective it is. I highly recommend!
