Love this poop stool! Fits nicely under my potty without the extra spacer things on it, too tall with them. I love the option to fold it up and store it but honestly it's not ugly or gandy so we just leave it hugged up to the pot. I can't say whether it actually helps the movement or not. We do use it but I feel like everything is just pretty normal either way.

I purchased this for my 90 yr old mother. I was quite disappointed to see it was only a single sized item. You have to choose between the 7 inch version or attach 2 pieces of wood to make it taller. I thought you put it one way and 7 inch for smaller version OR a different way for the taller 9 inch version.The item says foldable. You have to depress 2 buttons per side and fold ( 3 hands required or quite a bit of effort putting hand thru the middle so you can depress 1 button and fold . Definitely too hard for my elderly mother to do . Also too short in length . yes it fits around the toilet but there is no t adequate space for your foot to rest on which is the point of the stool. Very disappointed as i was upgrading from the plastic version which is half the price.

First of all, this thing DOES work to help "move things along." I've dealt with constipation my entire life (like seriously) and while this doesn't actually solve that problem, it does help me clear out way more than usual if I take my other usual steps (taking probiotics/fiber). It's actually such a noticeable difference.It's great that it folds up, and comes with pieces to make it taller if you need it to be taller. It's also aesthetically quite nice with its bamboo look.My ONLY complaint is that it's hard to fold up without using both hands AND something to push the legs in. But I've figured out how to do it pretty easily now and doesn't affect my thoughts on how well it works. Recommended for sure!

literally took me under a minute to attach the height extender. I have Crohn's and IBS with mainly constipation, so the stool is wildly helpful in addition to my bowel regimen for being able to go regularly (which may seem like a low bar for some people, but trust me, it's a huge deal when your life revolves around the bathroom).it can support my big butt stepping / leaning on it, so it's definitely sturdy enough for me - I wouldn't stand on it like a ladder though, be careful. I have a small bathroom, but I store it right under the towel rack across from my toilet easy peasy. if you don't use the height extension, it's super easy to fold up and I'm sure I could put it right under my bathroom sink no problem.the bamboo is nice and wipes down easily, I've just been cleaning it with soap and drying it thoroughly as I prefer to clean everything in my bathroom regularly.

I know, it’s strange to discuss our bowel habits. But as someone who has struggled almost her entire life, little did I know that getting something as simple as this stool could help me so much. It’s compact and slides right up against the base of the toilet, so it’s out of the way when not in use. It’s really helped me to become more regular, with way less stress. It’s definitely worth the try if you have occasional constipation.
