Great boot for the price. The leather is very soft and flexible despite being waterproof. The fit is true to size. I wear an 11.5M in some shoes and a 12 in others. I was going to go to the 12 due to perhaps wearing heavier socks but when I tried them on with regular socks the fit was perfect. Insulated socks will be together, however, with wear will break in to fit true. If I WOD have gotten the 12 my foot would most likely be flopping around and rubbing with regular socks. That would not be good. I was also surprised at the weight. Much lighter than I thought since the boot by appearance has a heavy look. The upper around the ankle is soft and comfortable enough for all day wear without the concern of having a raw spot on the back of your calfArch support is moderate. If you have flatfeet you might need a small support or an arch support sock for extended wear periodsOverall a great boot and I am glad I purchased them so far

Replaced these for ones my son wore for a year. Thought we bought same exact pair but this one was a little different but he said likes these better with more padding around calf.

I used these for an 8 hour work shift. Ended up rubbing against my feet causing to irritate and start of a blister. Just wondering if I'm still eligible to return these or refund for the right size? Please lmk thanks
