First it arrived earlier than stated Very well packaged. Easy build for one person Very well constructed and it's a good weight not going anywhere with winds less than gale/hurricane force Much nicer than expected

Well built, and rugged. Easy to build and heavy like we wanted too hopefully not move in seacoast winds. Well packed, easy instructions, comes with tools. Took 10-15 minutes to assemble. Stainless steel HW to resist salt air. All holes lined up perfect. Impressed! Looks very nice and clean lines.
