These are great for protecting wine/spirits bottles, and the molded handle makes transporting a bottle easy. I bought these to protect a bottle of "hootch" I keep in the car trunk for "emergencies". Good survivalist/prepper gear, sleek, compact, an unobtrusive flat black, and 100% functional. Will accommodate most 750ml bottles. Would make a great gift for a prepper friend or anyone who goes on picnics or camps and wants a practical way to transport and protect wine/spirit bottles.

I keep some bottles of wine in a wine rack but I am a fanatic about keeping the wine from getting too warm, so I placed these neoprene totes on some of the bottles of red wine to help insulate them. Also, when I initially got these totes, I immediately put one on a champagne bottle just to see if it fit. It did but it takes effort, and I ended up purchasing a different size neoprene bag better suited for champagne bottles. For Bordeaux bottles, these totes are excellent. Overall, these are a good purchase. NB: There is one major problem and I need to find a solution: Not long after putting six of the tote bags on the wine, my living room soon smelled like a chemical factory. It’s overwhelming frankly. It’s the neoprene. It exudes the odor of Chloroprene used in the manufacture process. Until I decide to remove the tote covers, wash them and air dry them outside, I have had to cover my wine rack! I can only hope the smell will be gone after washing. I will update later.

I washed these 4 times and they still had a horrible chemical smell. I left them outside to air out for 3 days before my trip to the UK. After 3 weeks the smell dissipated. They did the job of protecting the bottles of Edinburgh Gin I brought home. Once the smell was gone these are good for travel.

It was delivered on time, the product was of good quality & workmanship. The tote is a little longer than other totes that I looked at so they accommodate wine and champagne bottles.

You'll find Ham Radio operators using all sorts of things to protect their gear. I use 2 of these to protect my Wolf River Coil for my antenna. The Silver Bullet 1000 is too long for just one of these so I use the 2nd one to cap off the coil area that is exposed.

Great carrier for sons baseball practices or games tho I use it year round. Took on plane to hold water bottle in case bottle leaked. Doubles as holder for anything else to carry- phone, $, I’d, snack etc with carabiner on a hike.
